The short version: These terms cover this website. Your Vox Ordo account is governed by the product terms, which are the ones that matter for billing, credits, acceptable use, and liability.
1. Scope
These terms govern your use of insynctech.io, the company website. They do not govern the Vox Ordo service. If you hold an account, the Vox Ordo Terms of Service apply — subscription and billing, prepaid credits and usage fees, acceptable use, your code and data, the AI output disclaimer, uptime, termination, liability, and disputes are all covered there.
2. What this site is
Information about InSync Tech, Inc. and what we build. Nothing on this site is an offer, a contract, or a guarantee of availability. Product pages describe scope; a product’s real state is shown on the current-state page with the date we last checked it.
3. Pricing shown here
No prices are shown on this site. Course purchases happen on voxordo.io under the product terms. Enterprise and custom builds carry no published price; scope is agreed in a conversation and priced in a written proposal.
4. Content and intellectual property
The research papers, whitepapers, and course excerpts published here remain the property of InSync Tech, Inc. unless a document states otherwise. You may read, quote with attribution, and link to them. Our open-source repositories are licensed in the repositories themselves and those licences govern that code.
5. Acceptable use of this site
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its host.
- Do not scrape the contact or enterprise forms, or use them to send bulk or unsolicited mail.
- Do not misrepresent yourself when contacting us.
6. Links out
We link to voxordo.io, GitHub, and other third parties. We are not responsible for their content or their terms.
7. No warranty
This site is provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate and current — the current-state page exists for exactly that reason — but we do not warrant that every line is free of error.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability arising from your use of this website is limited to the amount you have paid us, which for a website visitor is nothing.
9. Changes
We will date any material change at the top of this page.
10. Governing law
Governed by Florida law; disputes go to courts in Sarasota County, Florida. Talk to us first through the contact form — we would rather work it out.
