By using InSync Technologies services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Services

We provide technology services including AI receptionists, website development, lead generation, newsletter services, and enterprise AI infrastructure. Service specifications and pricing are outlined in individual service agreements.

Payment Terms

Payment is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement. Subscription services are billed monthly or annually as agreed. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.

Intellectual Property

We retain ownership of our proprietary technology, software, and methodologies. For website development services, you own the final deliverable upon full payment. Custom code developed specifically for you is licensed for your use.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This includes but is not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment for services rendered. We will provide reasonable assistance in transitioning away from our services.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
