Privacy Policy
The short version: This site is a company website. The only personal data it handles is what you type into a form. The Vox Ordo product has its own, fuller policy — that is the one that governs your account.
1. Scope of this policy
This policy covers insynctech.io only: the company website you are reading. It does not cover the Vox Ordo product. If you have an account, the policy that governs your data is the Vox Ordo privacy policy, which covers session data, memory cards, audit logs, voice recordings, connected Google accounts, and payment processing.
2. What this site collects
- Form submissions — name, email, the topic you select, and whatever you write in the message field. Submitted through our host’s form handling and delivered to us as email.
- Standard server logs — truncated IP address, browser type, and request timestamps, kept by our host for operational purposes.
3. What this site does not do
- No third-party tracking cookies, no advertising pixels, no analytics that ship your identity off-platform.
- No sale of your email or any other data to third parties.
- No model training on anything you submit here.
- No newsletter subscription without you asking for one.
4. How we use form submissions
To answer you, and to route your message internally so that product questions, enterprise enquiries, research questions, and press do not queue behind one another. We keep the correspondence as long as it is useful and delete it on request.
5. Third parties
- Netlify — hosting and form handling for this website.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
The product’s third parties (Stripe, Anthropic, ElevenLabs, and others) are listed in the Vox Ordo policy; none of them are involved in this website.
6. Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, portability — request any of these through the contact form. We honour deletion within 30 days; some operational logs are retained for legal reasons for up to one year. EU and UK visitors: we honour GDPR-equivalent rights through the same route.
7. Cookies
This website sets no cookies of its own beyond what the host requires to serve the page. There is no tracking cookie on insynctech.io.
8. Children
Our products are for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
9. International visitors
Our servers are in the United States. By using this site from outside the US you consent to your data being transferred to and stored on US servers.
10. Changes
If we change this policy materially we will date the change at the top of this page. Where we hold your email because you contacted us, we will tell you.
